This is a plan for a multi-phase remodel to a lake home on Crystal Lake. There are going to be 3 phases. The first phase is to demolish half the house and a cantelevered deck and then rebuild a new great room and kitchen. Phase 2 is a new studio addition to the front of the house that will be 20x20, also 2 new decks, one covered, on the lake side of the home.
This is a good example of how 3D BIM can illustrate a complex project step by step, and show views of each phase in 3D.
