Monahan Design LLC is owned and operated by Joe Monahan. Joe offers Architectural Drafting and Design services and utilizes BIM (Building Information Modeling) in his designs. Joe specializes in custom lake home design, but has designed homes in all price ranges, along with several commercial projects. I have always had and interest in Microsoft Excel. For years I have used it as a professional estimator for residential and commercial projects and writing programs for my own use, but in recent years I have started to see a need for custom workbooks for small business, or department specific needs within a larger company.
