This project on Lake Leann was to add a loft studio, a new garage, and a new sunroom with a sun deck to an existing home, and not make it look like a loft studio, a new garage, and a new sunroom with a sun deck was added to an exiting home. I knew to do this the roofline had to look uniform in a way that tied the existing right into the new. This was tricky without actually modifying the existing roof trusses structurally.
